Attention to details is required to balance the subtleties in his dishes, and that is what I worked to reflect this cover image for Edible Ottawa Magazine.As a photographer, my goal was to create an image that would balance impact and resonate, something the viewer could sit and look at for a long time. For this food image I chose to light this image with a hard light to bring out the fine details.
